Organization's work system and internal regulations

 Article (1): The name of the organization:

 It was founded on this system and bylaws and those who join the International Organization for Development and Human Rights to defend and promote human rights and public freedoms.  Internal or international or discrimination in the presence of civil and international organizations are only names.

 Article (2): Its headquarters are:

 - Headquarters / Egypt
 The organization has the right to open branches and extend its activities to include all Arab countries and countries of the world within a framework of international legitimacy, in accordance with the law regarding associations and civil society organizations according to the system of each country.
 
 Article (3): Our identity:

 Its definition: It is a voluntary non-governmental organization founded in the beginning of 2011 by the diplomatic advisor / Shaher Lotfi Noureddine (Egyptian) and a group of honorable Egypt and the Arab world.

 Article (4): Financing:

 The organization does not accept any funding from outside or inside and depends on training and development courses.

 Article (5): Our vision:

 We seek to be the leading organization in the world after governments, international organizations and local and global news agencies praised us and our effective human rights activity on the ground. The organization was able in a short time to build itself a prestige and respect at home and abroad, which made it an advanced position recognized by all national human rights parties.  and international .. as well as through its monthly reports, which represented an important reference for human rights organizations, researchers and observers of public affairs .. where the organization contributed and succeeded in gaining international legitimacy for just causes through the efforts made and human rights reports, transmitting events credibly without falsification and supporting governments in developing solutions for them and publishing and presenting reports  Also on public opinion through targeted media channels and through cooperation and coordination with international institutions and organizations concerned with human rights, especially the United Nations.. Its headquarters in Egypt embraced the visits of many, large and important delegations representing major local and international organizations, and this confirms that the organization has become a destination for jurists and grievances  .

 Article (6): Legitimacy of the Organization:

 The organization operates and derives its legitimacy with a license from the American Accreditation and Authentication Authority under No. 725536, and the license is certified by the Egyptian Embassy in Washington under No. 2972 ??for the year 2018 and certified by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry (Foreign Investment) under No. 14886 for the year 2018.  s Egypt Washington.
 The organization also works under the umbrella of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights issued by Resolution No. 217 A in Paris on December 10, 1948, which defines the basic human rights guaranteed to all human beings that must be universally protected.

 Article (7): Organization Affiliation:

  This organization has no political, partisan or religious goals, and its goals are limited to everything that is peaceful, human rights, and human rights. The organization affirms its complete independence from any political authority, partisan or religious group, and works to achieve its goals on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the relevant international covenants, especially the two Covenants.  private internationals.

 Article (8): Administrative Structure:

  The organization is managed through a higher authority and an advisory council that includes Egyptian and Arab national cadres, including ministers, former governors, military leaders with pension, media professionals, journalists and artists who carry out the tasks of planning, human rights monitoring and setting policies. There are also committees that undertake the task of implementing these policies through their offices and branches in Egypt and all countries in  the scientist .

 Article (9): The most important objectives of the organization:

 - Building a specialized information base to help the organization contribute to dealing with human rights issues.
 Restore the honorable international status of the Arab world and the Arab citizen that has been subjected to deformation and distortion and reintegrate it to obtain its prestigious position in the international community and provide an appropriate human rights environment in line with international conditions, which provides a free and dignified life for every Arab citizen.
 Providing a positive Arab and international platform for interaction for human rights and peace in the world.
 - The organization calls for the establishment of a just international peace based on respect for norms and human rights.
 - The organization seeks to achieve work to respect and promote the principles of human rights and the right of the individual residing in each country to live in a safe and stable environment away from fear and oppression.
 - Follow-up by governments on the application of international standards and laws related to human rights.
 Adopts the defense of freedom of opinion and expression.
 The right to equality before the law.
 The right to food, education, health and employment.
 Combating illiteracy and encouraging education as one of the pillars of development.
 - Taking care of the rights of individuals and refugees who are forced by circumstances to leave their countries in order to return to them.
 Cooperating with government agencies and international organizations through: Conducting research and studies.
 - Holding conferences, symposiums, training courses, workshops and discussion panels on the field of human development and human rights issues and topics, and promoting awareness of them.
 Preparing a national category that contributes to enriching thought and deepening the culture of dialogue, democracy and human rights in society.
 Contribute to providing services and requirements for relief, care and protection for children in the world and developing aspects of partnership with agencies working in the field of childhood.
 - Submitting proposals and consultations in the field of human rights protection and study, receiving and examining complaints, and referring what the organization deems to be referred to the concerned authorities, with follow-up and follow-up to the recommendations of the competent authorities in everything that would protect human rights.
 - Enhancing women's rights as an integral and complementary part of human rights and raising awareness about the difficulties facing women.
 Contribute to developing the role of the media in spreading culture and freedom of opinion and expression.

 Article (10): Training courses:

 The organization implements protocols with organizations, institutions, companies, bodies and governments in human development and development awareness programs, the most important of which are training courses for all segments of society, members of judicial bodies, police officers and all state institutions and unions on international standards and educational programs in the field of human rights and the application of the same development program in Arab countries, as well as  Training delegates, representatives and ambassadors of the organization calling for world peace and promoting human rights awareness among peoples.

 Article (11): Membership conditions:

 A - Active Membership:
 1. To be a citizen of the Arab Republic of Egypt or any other country.
 2. He should not be less than eighteen years old.
 3. He must not have been subjected to a final judgment against honor.
 4. He should be of good conduct and reputation.
 B - Honorary Membership:
 Honorary members are those whom the supreme body or the head of the organization deems to be granted this membership from among those with stature, opinion, political leaders, public figures and those who have performed great services for the country or the organization.

 Article (12): Disciplinary measures:

 To be a good example in his behavior and behavior.
 - Any member who violates the articles of the system, the internal regulations, the instructions of the head of the organization, and the terms of the membership application or affiliation is considered dismissed.
 - That every member who carries the organization’s identity works to achieve the goals of the organization and avoids everything that harms his country and others, or offends its reputation, and that identity is only dealt with within the framework of human rights work only.
 - To abide by the organization's statute, internal regulations and decisions of the supreme body.
 - The member does not deal directly with the responsible authorities in his country before obtaining a written approval from the head of the organization with a live signature.
 - The membership of anyone who attempts to illegally benefit and exploit his membership and its description in the organization and its administrative cadres (as soon as the decision is issued and published on the organization’s website, and this is considered an official notification to him).

 Article (13): The competencies of the higher commission:

 1) Take the necessary decisions that ensure the proper functioning of the organization and apply them in all branches.
 2) Discussing and approving all administrative and financial issues.
 3) Deciding on it and the recommendations made by the organizing committees.
 4) Choosing administrators and supervisors from among the members of the organization for the different aspects of activity.
 5) Inviting the organization to hold its regular and extraordinary meetings, implement its decisions and discuss its recommendations.
 6) Examining and adjudicating the members’ complaints or those submitted against them, and taking appropriate decisions in their regard.
 7) Direct the preparation of the annual report for the various aspects of activities.  8) The final account for the ended fiscal year and the draft budget for the next year, and presenting it to the higher commission during its session.

 Article (14): Responsibilities of the head of the organization:

 The tasks of the head of the organization are concerned with managing the organization and supervising all its committees and aspects of its activities
 - He alone has the right to represent the organization and to pronounce its name or whoever represents it with written approval inside and outside and to conclude contracts and agreements provided that the authorization is signed by his live signature only and certified by the seal of the organization.
 He has the right to open branches in all Arab countries, to address governments, to coordinate with the concerned authorities, and to issue correspondences required to establish branches according to the system of each country.
 Appointing the necessary employees and managers, determining their salaries, and looking into everything related to them.
 He has the right to nominate branch managers and recommend members.
 Examining membership applications and deciding what he thinks about them.
